Dedicated to Sony hybrid cameras, this full frame 10-18mm is the first zoom built by Laowa. With less than 500g on the scale and a compact size, this ultra wide-angle lens adapts perfectly to the size and weight of Sony Alpha cameras on which it offers a field of view of up to 130 degrees! Like all Laowa optics this 10-18mm benefits from a durable all-aluminum construction. Its 14-element 10-group optical design incorporates two aspherical lenses and an ED glass lens for high optical quality. Its 5-blade diaphragm allows for superb 10-point Starburst effects appreciated in night shooting. Disengageable the latter can be decanted for a use without jump in video shooting. A 37mm filter slot at the back makes it easy to extend the exposure via an ND filter or to suppress UV if necessary.
